Will my insurance cover my membership?Some insurance providers offer fitness benefits that can cover your gym membership. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about available fitness programs and to request your Fitness ID Code — this is different from your policy or group number and is required to set up your membership. If you’re having trouble finding this information, feel free to contact our business office — we’re happy to help!

Can I freeze or pause my membership if I’m going on vacation or injured?Yes, a membership can be frozen for up to three months at a time. In case of a special circumstance requiring longer time, see our business office for help.

How do I cancel my membership, and is there a cancellation fee?All Memberships will require a 30-day cancellation notice. There is a $29 early cancellation fee required if canceled in the first 90 days. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN THE CLUB BY FILLING OUT A CANCELLATION FORM.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership plan?Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time with a member of our team in-club.

Do you offer any discounts (e.g. student, senior, family, military)?We offer a military discount on many of our memberships. Seniors are encouraged to check with their insurance provider to see if they qualify for a fitness program paid through insurance (Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, FitOn, ect.).

Are there age requirements for becoming a member?Children 5 and up may be added to a parent/guardian’s membership, however they would need to abide by our Child Fitness Policy and Age Restrictions. Children 5-10: Only allowed for Free Kid’s Swim and non-weight classes (Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Dance Classes ONLY) Children 11-14: May use the exercise floor, pool, and participate in classes. Must be on a parent or guardian’s membership Must be with a parent or guardian at all times Children 15-17: Have full access availability. Parents or guardians MUST sign a waiver of liability.

Can I bring a guest with me after hours?No, guests are only allowed during staffed hours. Members are prohibited from allowing unauthorized guests to enter during unstaffed hours. 24/7 access for active members ONLY. Members who violate this rule and allow unauthorized guests to enter after hours will be fined as follows: 1st Violation: $50 fine. 2nd Violation: $100 fine and membership revoked. The Club will contact law enforcement and prosecute unauthorized guests with trespassing.

Can members bring a different guest with them every visit?Yes, members can bring one guest with them for free per visit. However, members cannot bring the same guest consecutively.

How much is a guest fee?A guest fee is $10/day. When accompanied by a member, guests can have a free first visit. If unaccompanied by a member or if you’ve already used your first free visit, day passes are $10 per person. We do offer 3-day and one week passes if you’re planning a longer visit, these are both at reduced rates.

Is there a trial period or free guest pass for non-members?Non-members using the gym must pay the $10 guest fee per visit or purchase either a 3 day or 1 week pass.

Is there a limit to how many times a guest can come with me?No, a guest can come with you as many times as you like. Their first visit is free and then all visits after are $10 a day, per the guest fee.

What is your policy for lost and found items?Found items will be turned in at the front desk, clothing items will be kept for two weeks and if they remain unclaimed they will be donated or disposed of.

Are members required to wipe down equipment after use?All members are encouraged to wipe down equipment after use, there are sanitizing wipes at several locations throughout the club. We do ask that you do NOT use sanitizing wipes on any touch screens like the ones located in the sauna, or on the HydroMassage and CryoLounge beds.

What’s the dress code or attire policy in the gym?Shirts and closed toed shoes are required on the fitness floor for all members. Full coverage (one-piece or “tankini”) swimsuits are required for the pool for all members.

What is the size/temperature/chemistry of your swimming pool?Our pool is heated year round, the temperature ranges between 83-87 degrees Fahrenheit. It is 36x72 feet, with an average depth of 4.6 ft. The pool is chlorinated and chemical levels are checked and maintained nightly.

Are you open 24/7?Yes, members have access to the fitness floor and locker room area (showers, steam room, and sauna) 24/7.

What are your staffed hours?Monday - Thursday: 5a-9p Friday: 5a-8p Saturday: 6a-4p Sunday: 1p-5p

Are showers and locker rooms available?Yes, showers and day-use lockers are always available.

Is the facility accessible for individuals with disabilities?Yes, our facility is ADA compliant including the fitness floor, racquetball court, and fitness rooms/studios. The pool has an ADA compliant pool lift as well.

Do you offer towel service?No, members are required to bring their own towels.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?Yes, the wifi network and password are clearly posted at the front desk.

Are there any special hours or closures on holidays?There will be holiday closures on Christmas and Christmas Eve, New Years and New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, if you’re ever unsure on a possible holiday closure, check out our Facebook page where we will announce club news well in advance, as well as in the club.

Are kids allowed in the facility outside of programming?Kids are allowed in the pool during free kid swim times and attend cardio dance and Zumba classes when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Kids are not allowed in any classes that utilize free weights or other heavy equipment.

What’s an InBody Composition Scan and how do I schedule a session?The InBody scanner in a non-invasive scan that breaks down your body composition into its core components: fat, protein, minerals, and body water. It describes your healthy weight more accurately and provides a better glimpse into your overall health than traditional methods like BMI and weight. Is parking free for members? Are there dedicated spots?Parking is free, there are two parking lots for the facility. One in the front of the building and the other behind the pool area.

What do you offer for kids?Programming We currently do not offer any day care options. We do run many different children's programs throughout the year, from our Summer and Holiday “Kids Camps,” to our afterschool “Boxing Fundamentals” programs, and evening “Splash Pals.” Memberships Children 8 years and under will not be allowed on the fitness floor or in any group classes. (Excluding Zumba and Cardio Dance.) Children under 8 years old may have a membership for pool access only. We do offer a kids membership for ages 9-12, this membership functions as an add-on to a parent or guardian’s membership and is only $10. Children 9-12 may participate in classes/fitness floor as long as they are on the membership of their guardian and accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. A child, age 12-15, is eligible to be added to a guardian’s membership, however, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Members 16 years of age or older may work out on their own.

What classes are beginner friendly?In short, all of them! All of our instructors welcome and even encourage new members and those who are beginning their fitness journey in all of their classes. Every instructor is well-versed in making appropriate modifications for those who need them, either to simplify or to challenge!

Do I need a trainer?Personal trainers are for everyone, whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete. But determining if you need one depends on your goals, current fitness level, and what you're hoping to achieve. Here are some signs that a personal trainer might be a great fit for you: you’re new to fitness or Lifestyle Wellness, you’re not seeing results, you have specific fitness goals, you need accountability, you have injuries or health concerns, you prefer one-on-one guidance, etc. There are many benefits to having a trainer. If any of the above points resonate with you, you might be ready to work with a personal trainer. We offer one-on-one AND group training. How can I sign up for group fitness classes?You do not have to sign up ahead of time to join in on our group fitness classes. As a Gold or Platinum member, group fitness classes are included in your membership. If you are not a gold member, you can still take a group fitness class for $10/class.

Do I need to pre-register for programming or can I drop-in?Yes, programs require pre-registration.

How do I enroll my child in the Young Athlete’s Speed & Agility program?Sessions will be announced in the club and on our Facebook page. To enroll, a parent or guardian must come in and fill out a waiver for the child, you can also call ahead to reserve a spot in case of a limited program.

What is included in the Splash Pals program?Splash Pals is a 6-8 week course that meets twice a week. It is an instructor-led “adult and me” style class, helping parents and guardians AND the child learn the basics of swim safety and self-rescue.

What’s the schedule for SilverSneakers classes and what’s required to join?SilverSneakers classes are available to members. Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:15am. View our class schedule, here.

What does the Kid’s Camp involve and when does it run?Kid’s Camp typically runs during the summer months. We usually have 2-3 camps per summer. Camps will run one week at a time.

Are personal training sessions available? If so, how are they scheduled?Yes. Personal training sessions are available. In order to book a session, you will need to leave your name and number with the front desk staff and a trainer will reach out to you personally.

Can you provide more details about the Kid’s Boxing Fundamentals class?Boxing Fundamentals is a kid’s 8 week program. In order to take Boxing Fundamentals, you must have taken Beginner Boxing prior. These two programs will generally be offered during the same 8 week span. In the fundamentals program, there may be light supervised sparring with headgear worn.

Do you offer any beginner-friendly programs for adults returning to fitness?All of our programs are doable for any fitness level. Modifications are provided and encouraged.

Do you offer massage, sauna, or spa treatments?We have both a sauna and steam room, located in both locker room areas that members can use at any time, and guests during staffed hours only. We also have an infrared sauna located in our recovery suite, which is by appointment only. We do not offer massage services, however, we offer HydroMassage beds in the recovery suite.

Is nutrition counseling or wellness coaching available?Not at this time.
