Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit is suitable for all. We utilize water weights and noodles for those that have arthritis, joint, and circulation issues. The buoyancy of the water helps reduce strain on joints, allowing participants to enjoy a low-impact workout that enhances flexibility, strength, and endurance. Aqua Fit provides an enjoyable and energizing way to maintain an active lifestyle, while being gentle on the joints.

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba is a fun workout that boosts heart and lung health, increases endurance, and lowers blood pressure. It supports weight maintenance or loss while enhancing mood and mental well-being. The lively environment allows participants to socialize and build new relationships, making exercise a more enjoyable experience. Suitable for all fitness levels, it provides a gentle workout that's easy on joints and muscles.

Body Awake

Kickstart your day with an energizing early morning workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to conquer whatever comes your way! Our early morning class is designed to get your heart pumping and your spirits soaring. Join us for a blend of cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises that will challenge your body and uplift your mood.

Cardio Kickboxing

Join us for a fun Cardio Kickboxing class designed for all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome! In this FUN 45 minute high energy class we take kickboxing and cardio moves and mix it with different genres of music to give you a good, long lasting workout. You will be sure to sweat! Modifications can be made and small weights (1-2 pounds) are encouraged, but completely optional. You will leave this class feeling your best!

Core & More

This is a women’s only class centered on strengthening a woman’s pelvic floor, the core, and booty! This class is modifiable for all abilities. No matter your stage of life, whether you've had no children, are pre/post pregnancy, or peri/post menopause. *Actively pregnant women are welcome, and will be given proper modifications!

Full Body Blast

A full-body training that keeps you in balance by targeting all muscle groups in one session. Work through full ranges of motion as you improve mobility, stability, and ability through a range of unilateral and anti-rotational movements.

H.I.I.T.

HIIT is a high-energy workout that alternates short bursts of exercise with brief recovery periods. Designed to improve strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness, this class is efficient, effective, and suitable for all fitness levels.

Line Dance

Join us for a line dance class that’s perfect for everyone. This fun-filled workout embraces the joy of music and movement, helping you stay active while making new friends. In our upbeat sessions, you’ll learn a variety of line dance steps and routines set to catchy tunes. Each class is designed to boost your mood, improve coordination, and get your heart pumping. Our friendly instructor will guide you through each move, ensuring you feel confident and energized from start to finish! Modifications are provided and encouraged if needed.

Pilates

Pilates Stretch is a quiet, low-impact class focused on core strength, flexibility, posture, and controlled movement. Expect slow, intentional exercises performed on a mat with an emphasis on breathing, body alignment, and muscle control. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and recharged with improved strength, balance, and flexibility.

RIP

RIP classes are barbell workouts that combine strength training, music, and choreography to help you tone and strengthen your body. Each class is created by a team of medical experts and group fitness professionals who evaluate safety and field-test each release.

Silver Sneakers

SilverSneakers focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers exercise ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Spin

Spin class offers high-intensity, low-impact workouts on stationary bikes. Exciting music will help take you through intervals, hills, sprints, and yes… maybe a little bit of dancing. All levels are welcome!

Step Express

Step aerobics class is a high energy and fun workout using an aerobic step. Modifications are available and you don’t have to use a step to take the class! The entire class can be done without it!

Total Stretch

Combining restorative breathing, focused relaxation and stretching exercises in a candlelit studio. Perfect for relieving stress, lowering cortisol levels, trauma release, and deep relaxation. Modifications available for all levels.

Total Transformation

Total Transformation with Jennifer is a full body workout using body weight exercises, dumbbells, and resistance bands. The class is modifiable for every fitness level, age, and ability. Students work at their own pace in their own safe space at their own level. We work hard, have fun, and get amazing results!

Yoga Alive

Yoga alive focuses on breathing and body awareness, we use blocks and straps to help ease into poses when needed. Yoga helps to slow down and be mindful of your body in space.

Zumba

Zumba combines Latin-inspired dance moves with cardio to create a high-energy, fun workout! You don't have to know how to dance to enjoy our class! All levels are welcome and modifications are always available!
