CORE FLOOR AND BOOTY
828 Fitness are workouts designed to unify the muscle groups of the body to help you move and feel stronger in all aspects of your life.
We start with 8 minutes of warm up and 28 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) with 45 second intervals on different stations.
We currently do not have any classes on the schedule for this right now. Typically this program is offered 4 days a week.
SilverSneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and
increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers exercise ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
Classes are provided two days
a week: Tuesday and Thursday at 10:15am. Classes last approximately
45 minutes – 1 hour.
One-of-a-kind post workout recovery, relax, reduce stress, and recover from workouts, hectic schedules, or everyday life physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
MOMS WITH MOTIVATION
Moms with Motivation is an upbeat fun class. This 6 week program is for moms of ALL ages and fitness levels. We will work towards your goals of feeling and looking more confident! These 45 minute classes, two days a week, involve full body circuit training as well as a little cardio dance... and no, you don’t have to be able to dance to have fun and exercise with us! Modifications are welcomed and encouraged if needed. Mamas, take some time out of your week for YOU and come join us!
Ramp is designed for women that need a ground zero starting point. Women that have not worked out in a long time, or ever before.
The program starts out slow implementing exercise and dietary changes. We ramp up each week, at just the right pace creating a smooth, satisfying and sustainable health transformation that sticks!
The 8 week Power Up challenge is a specialty program for men who have fallen significantly out of shape. The program is devoted to conditioning that prepares you for more advanced training. To train effectively you need to build your workout stamina slowly, otherwise your workout is not enjoyable and can result in injury.
Over the 8 week program, we will focus on 4 dimensions; stamina/endurance, strength, flexibility and weight loss.
