In our Lifestyle Kids Camp, we’ll kick off the day with exciting games to get your body moving and your heart pumping. Afterward, you'll participate in an energizing workout class designed just for kids, making fitness fun and accessible for everyone.  Refuel with a snack to keep you energized, then cool off with a fun swim in the pool. Whether you're playing, swimming, crafting, or moving, every day is packed with fun activities that keep you active, healthy, and having a blast — all while discovering the joy of fitness and wellness!

Kid's Boxing Fundamentals

Ready to punch your way to fitness? In Kids Boxing Fundamentals, we’ll introduce young athletes to the exciting world of boxing in a safe, supportive, and energetic environment! Through fun drills and simple techniques, kids will learn the basics of boxing, including jabs, crosses, footwork, and defensive moves. This class helps build strength, coordination, and confidence while improving focus and discipline. It's not about hitting hard — it’s about learning the fundamentals, staying active, and having a blast while doing it!

Splash Pals

Dive into fun and connection with Splash Pals, a water-filled adventure designed for little ones aged 6 months to 4 years, and their caregivers—whether that’s mom, dad, or even grandma and grandpa! This engaging, interactive class combines gentle water exploration, songs, and games to help your child build water confidence and develop essential sensory and motor skills in a safe, supportive environment.

As children play, they’ll also learn basic water safety skills such as floating, kicking, and how to safely enter and exit the water. These foundational skills pave the way for future swimming lessons while promoting comfort and enjoyment in the water. Caregivers will be guided in ways to support their child’s development and help build water familiarity, while also enjoying quality time with their little splash buddy. Perfect for families who want to introduce their child to the joy of water in a nurturing, low-pressure setting, Splash Pals fosters early physical, emotional, and cognitive growth while setting the stage for future swimming success—all while having a blast together in the pool!

Young Athlete's Speed & Agility

Unleash your inner athlete in our Young Athlete’s Speed & Agility classes, where every move counts! This high-energy program is designed to help kids (ages 8-14) improve their speed, agility, and overall athleticism through fun, dynamic drills. Our coaches will guide young athletes through exercises that enhance quickness, balance, coordination, and reaction time — all while building strength and endurance. Whether you're looking to level up your performance in soccer, baseball, or any other sport, this class will help you move faster, change direction with ease, and feel more confident in your athletic abilities. With a focus on technique, teamwork, and fun, athletes will leave each session feeling stronger, faster, and ready to take on any challenge!

Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15am.
