Aqua Fit
Aqua Fit is suitable for all. We utilize water weights and noodles for those that have arthritis, joint, and circulation issues. The buoyancy of the water helps reduce strain on joints, allowing participants to enjoy a low-impact workout that enhances flexibility, strength, and endurance. Aqua Fit provides an enjoyable and energizing way to maintain an active lifestyle, while being gentle on the joints.

Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba is a fun workout that boosts heart and lung health, increases endurance, and lowers blood pressure. It supports weight maintenance or loss while enhancing mood and mental well-being. The lively environment allows participants to socialize and build new relationships, making exercise a more enjoyable experience. Suitable for all fitness levels, it provides a gentle workout that's easy on joints and muscles.

Body Awake
Kickstart your day with an energizing early morning workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to conquer whatever comes your way! Our early morning class is designed to get your heart pumping and your spirits soaring.
Join us for a blend of cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises that will challenge your body and uplift your mood.

Body Fit
A full-body training that keeps you in balance by targeting all muscle groups in one session. Work through full ranges of motion as you improve mobility, stability, and ability through a range of unilateral and anti-rotational movements.

Core & More
This is a women’s only class centered on strengthening a woman’s pelvic floor, the core, and booty! This class is modifiable for all abilities. No matter your stage of life, whether you've had no children, are pre/post pregnancy, or peri/post menopause.
*Actively pregnant women are welcome, and will be given proper modifications!
