Circuit Breaker
A unique class that blends high intensity 2 minute
cardio intervals with different weight stations set
up around the perimeter of the room.  You
perform 3 exercises and then come back for more
cardio.  This is your chance to use kettlebells,
bosu, barbells, slides and dumbells.
Group Power
A great group-led weight training workout that
utilizes barbells for a high energy total body
workout.  Highly motivating and challenging with
energizing music and instructor supervision
Yoga Fit
Do you suffer from stress or tight inflexible muscles
that can lead to injury?  If so, this one hour class is
for you.  Specific yoga poses and stretches are
taught in a relaxing environment.  These poses will
help enhance flexibility and well being.
Group Centergy
The latest from BTS that is a blend of yoga and
pilates.  Anyone can take this mind/body class
that will target strength and flexibility.  Get longer
and leaner in this one hour workout.  
Cardio Express
a 30 minute class that combines simple athletic
moves for a challenging cardio workout.
Gliding
A specialty 15 minute class that utilizes disks to
target balance, glutes, inner thigh and stability.
Get on the Ball Cardio Circuit
Join this 1 hour class that features cardio intervals
and weight training and ball toning.  
Cardio Burst
A cardio class with a boot camp element.  This
class is a high intensity 30 minute class that
introduces cardio bursts with jump training and
plyometrics.  If you have reached a plateau, then
this is definitely the class for you!  Modifications
are offered for every fitness level.
Silver Sneakers
Have fun and move to the music through a variety
of exercises designed to increase muscular
strength, range of movement, and activity for daily
living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with
handles, and a bar are offered for resistance and
a chair is used for sitting and/or standing support.
Muscle Challenge
If you like Group Power, then this one hour class
will be right up your alley.  A Certified Personal
Trainer will lead you through a series of weight
training exercises using the barbells, bands, hand
weights, and balls that target every muscle group
in your body.  Expect to have a blast and be
challenged.
Zumba
The latest craze in fitness!  Features high energy
Latin tunes and a great all around workout.  
Perfect fun exercise for every fitness level.  Come
prepared to rumba your Zumba and have  a great
time!
Legs, Core, and More
An intensive focus on the lower body.  This class
features limited cardio with a focus on toning and
strengthening legs and abdominals.
